These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the StudioEdit website and services. By submitting a project or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
StudioEdit provides professional wedding video editing, including highlight films, full-length films, rough cuts, teasers, and custom packages. The scope of each project is agreed before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit is required before editing begins. The deposit amount is agreed for each project. The balance is paid after the final video is delivered. We accept Payoneer, PayPal, and bank transfer.
All fees are non-refundable once editing has started, except where StudioEdit does not deliver the agreed service.
3. Turnaround
The standard turnaround is 12–14 business days from the moment we receive the deposit and all footage. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by late delivery of the source materials.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the revisions stated in the agreed project scope. Revisions must be submitted in a single batch. Extra revision rounds beyond what is included may be charged additionally.
5. Intellectual Property
You keep all rights to your original footage. StudioEdit reserves the right to use edited samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You grant StudioEdit a limited license to edit and process the footage solely to provide the agreed service.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client footage and project details as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
StudioEdit is not liable for any loss of footage, data damage, or damages exceeding the amount paid for the service. You are responsible for keeping backups of all original footage.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute must be resolved through good-faith negotiation before going to court.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
